PRADA collects and processes the personal data that you directly and voluntarily provide through our website by filling in the subscription form for to the Prada Group newsletter.

The items of personal data collected include your e-mail address (mandatory) and if any your profession (optional).

Your personal data will be processed by PRADA to send you by email the newsletters and other communication regarding the PRADA Group’s activities, products, services, events and special projects.

The personal data processing above referred is necessary to provide you with the requested service as a result of your subscription to the service, pursuant to the Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR.

The provision of data is optional, but necessary for the purpose of receiving the service requested, without prejudice to your right to unsubscribe at any time by writing to privacy@prada.com or by using the “unsubscribe” link included in all of our electronic communications.

Personal data will be processed exclusively for the purposes for which the data have been collected according to criteria of lawfulness and correctness and protecting the security and confidentiality of any processed information through the adoption of appropriate measures to prevent its alteration, cancellation, destruction, unauthorized access or not allowed processing or actions not in accordance with the purpose of collection.

Personal data will be processed by PRADA employees and collaborators, duly committed to confidentiality and authorized to do so under their respective job duties.

Where necessary and/or instrumental to the abovementioned purposes, PRADA may entrust the processing of personal data to other companies of the Prada Group or third-party companies (service providers) who will act on behalf of PRADA as data processors with contractual obligations of confidentiality of the personal data.

As PRADA is part of an international network, the data may be transferred abroad, even to countries outside the European Union. PRADA will take all appropriate security measures to guarantee an adequate level of protection of the transferred data and compliance with the requirements of the GDPR.

The data collected will not be disclosed and disseminated to unknown persons under any circumstances.

Personal data will be kept for the period in which the newsletter service will be active or until you unsubscribe from the service.

Pursuant to articles from 15 to 21 of the GDPR, you have the right to request information as to whether your personal data are being processed and as to the characteristics of the processing, the right to rectification and erasure of your personal data, the right to limitation of the data processing, and/or the right to object to the processing and/or to request the transmission of your data personal data to another data controller.

Pursuant to articles 77 and 79 of GDPR if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority including the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) or take legal action.
