The Board of Statutory Auditors makes sure that the Company is properly managed in compliance with its by-laws and all the applicable laws. It also checks the Company’s organisational, administrative and accounting structure as well as the adequacy of the internal control system.
The current Board of Statutory Auditors, appointed by the Shareholders’ Meeting on April 24th, 2024 for a term of three financial years (2024-2026), is made of three standing members and two alternate members.
