“Shaping a Creative Future”, a conference organized in partnership with Yale School of Management and Politecnico di Milano School of Management to explore new possible connections between creativity, sustainability and innovation.
The discussion involved lecturers from both Universities and some important business and culture personalities among which Carlo Capasa, Andrea Guerra, Marco Magnifico, Dilys Williams, Stefano Boeri, Giulio Iacchetti, Luca De Meo, Anna Zegna and David Gallagher.

The conversation focused on four engaging topics.
Brand heritage and market value that is the influence of the history of a brand over its products and the preservation of artisanal skills; Design for sustainability through innovation and tradition, the marriage of tradition and innovation to achieve sustainable results; Sustainability and value creation, innovation and sustainability as key factors for the creation of value and Driving creative excellence, which examines leadership as inspiring element for creativity and innovation.
The conference was preceded by a session of dynamic work in which companies and associations representatives discussed with professors and students of the two Universities the elaboration of a critical perspective on sustainability and innovation.
