Milan, 24th June 2021 – Today, the students of the IMLux Master of Politecinco di Milano (which the Prada Group is sponsoring for the second consecutive year) presented, during a virtual session with their professors and the Group management, a project work dedicated to digital connectivity technologies and their possible applications to Prada products titled “How to communicate industrial heritage to luxury consumers through connectivity technology”.
The 7 case studies involved 45 students of 16 nationalities who worked for two months under the guidance of professors Fabrizio Maria Pini and Alessandro Brun and of Massimo Vian, Prada Group Industrial Director.
The students, with their professional and luxury consumer perspective, explored the contents that RFID, NFC and QR technologies can convey to the final consumer: from the quality of raw materials to the complexity of transformation processes, from identity to brands’ creativity, up to the possible applications in terms of customer services, both during the purchase experience and in the after-sales.
