Milan, 8 October 2020 - "CARE’s EXPLORE - The nature around you” is the title of the 2020 edition of CARE’S – THE ETHICAL CHEF DAYS, supported by Marchesi 1824, where Chef Norbert Niederkofler and Paolo Ferretti hosted at Plan de Corones, in the AlpiNN-Food Space & Restaurant, 17 chefs live, 6 chefs and international speakers connected online, over 300 guests, as well as 67 journalists, bloggers, and influencers. Guests had the opportunity to explore the different ways in which the environment, the territory, and people are now safeguarded. Transmitting the concept of ethical living, in and out of the kitchen, has become imperative in this day and age. Diego Crosara, head pastry chef of Marchesi 1824, represented these values in his desserts for all four evenings of the event.
