Milan, 27^th 2024 - Lorenzo Bertelli, Prada Group Head of Corporate Social Responsibility, and Big-Wave Surfer Maya Gabeira took part in the video podcast “The Intersection”, presented by science magazine Nautilus, to discuss their dedication to ocean preservation and their shared love of the natural world.

They discussed how risk taking - Lorenzo as a former competitive racing driver and Maya as a big-wave surfer - has led them to appreciate the importance of taking on challenging feats.

Today, their shared mission is to raise awareness about the importance of sustainability and ocean preservation among younger generations through the SEA BEYOND project by Prada Group, conducted in partnership with the Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO (UNESCO-IOC).
