Milan, January 17^th, 2024 - On January 16^th, 2024, Lorenzo Bertelli, Prada Group Head of CSR participated as a speaker to the event organized by UNFPA (United Nations Sexual and Reproductive Health Agency) during the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. The event, titled “Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights at Work — The New Frontier for ESG”, showcased the work of the Coalition for Reproductive Justice in Business, led by UNFPA.

The Coalition presented a comprehensive scorecard that measures key gender equity indicators, such as the prevention of workplace gender-based violence, support for employees' family planning goals, and the protection of sexual and reproductive health and wellness. These indicators are being developed in collaboration with Accenture.

Lorenzo Bertelli’s speech was focused on employee-centered ambition and activities conducted by Prada Group: “The reason why we are implementing these initiatives is not only because it is morally right but also because I see it as a great opportunity for our organisation, which is 63% women. It is very important for us to build a fair working environment where everyone, and especially executives, understands the specific needs of each gender”.
