San Giovanni Valdarno, September 20^th, 2022 – Prada is supporting the exhibition ‘Masaccio and Fra Angelico. A dialogue on truth in painting’, promoted and organised by the Municipality of San Giovanni Valdarno and included in the 'Terre degli Uffizi' project conceived by the Uffizi Galleries and Fondazione CR Firenze, within their respective initiatives Uffizi Diffusi and Piccoli Grandi Musei, which opened recently at the Museo delle Terre Nuove and the Museo della Basilica di Santa Maria delle Grazie in San Giovanni Valdarno.
 
The exhibition focuses on the innovations the two great painters brought to the history of art, comparing them to other artists close to them and highlighting the link between Masaccio and the city of his birth, San Giovanni Valdarno. Prada’s financial contribution to the project once more reinforces the brand’s strong ties with art and culture, which form an integral part of its identity.
